This service is an extended focused on restoration and relaxation to soothe your muscles and nervous system. This service includes warm basalt stones to melt tension. Using a light to medium pressure and aromas of essential oils to bring your body back to balance.

Lymphatic Massage - $135

Lymphatic massage is a very light rhythmic massage performed to stimulate the lymphatic system. Stimulating the lymphatic system helps our body relieve itself of fluids built up in a specific area, toxins and other foreign materials that the body sees as waste.
This massage is highly recommended after surgery, injury or when lymphedema is present. The technique is the Vodder Method and will stimulate the whole body's Lymphatic system.

PAIN MANAGEMENT

Muscle Energy Therapy Introduction - $175

This service is for clients who are experiencing Muscle Energy Therapy for the first time. Muscle Energy Therapy is the subtle technique of normalizing the client's bone structure through manipulation of soft tissue. This modality is highly effective for pain management, especially for areas such as back, neck, shoulder, etc .When your structure is back in balance, pain can be relieved and range of motion can be restored. It may take between 24-72 hours for pain to be totally or partially relieved after service. In some client's cases, some pain relieves right away. Client is advised to wear soft gym clothes for the treatment.

This service begins with consult regarding previous areas worked on or reoccurring pain. Muscle Energy Therapy is used to relieve pain from ongoing dysfunctions and improve range of motion in affected areas of the body assessed in your case study. .

*Please schedule Muscle Energy Therapy Intro for a first time visit, major injury such as car accident or multiple pain areas. More time will be necessary to ensure proper service and to assess your individual case study.

Muscle Energy Therapy with Deep Tissue - $235

This service begins with consult regarding previous areas worked on or reoccurring pain. Muscle Energy Therapy is used to relieve ongoing dysfunctions and improve range of motion in affected areas of the body. A, focused deep massage will be used to further enhance effects of M.E.T and to soothe contracted muscles affected by dysfunctions.
This service could be used for maintenance from previous M.E.T. work.

Muscle Energy Therapy 30 min - $65

This service is for clients who have 1-2 areas of recurring dysfunction or imbalance. It may be used after any of the other M.E.T. services to follow up to ensure proper holding pattern of a specific area prone to pain, that had been worked on in previous services.

Customized Body Shape and Sculpt - $225

We will consult to outline your concerns regarding improving specific areas of your body. I will design a plan for treatment of those concern areas. This visit includes first treatment...(may include one or more, cavitation, radio frequency, cupping, deep fascia release and lymphatic drainage).A treatment plan is recommended to achieve desired results. This service yields results with frequency of service and home care. Packages are available per your plan. Follow up visits every 3-4 months to hold results will be advised. I will also outline home care to also aid in holding your results.

Abhyanga - $140

Abhyanga is an ancient Indian Ayurveda oil massage therapy for healing and detoxifying the body. This Ayurveda massage therapy is performed with oleation and long light strokes. It incorporates an aromatic combination of oils prepared with herbs warmed and blended to your unique constitution type.Balancing which constitution will be determined during consultation. The specific stroke patterns are designed to work along the energy channels of your body to restore the flow of vital energy,called Prana. Marma points are where the channels of mind, body and spirit meet. Balancing which dosha will be determined during consultation. Champi consist of a relaxing and stimulating back and head massage. This Ayurvedic treatment is a gold standard for hair growth, tension relief and over well being.

Shvirodhara with Abhyanga - $140

Shirodhara is a meditative experience of a steady stream of warm oil landing gently on the Ajna Chakra, also known as "the third eye".This treatment coupled with Abhyanga will send you into the deepest relaxation. An added benefit of this treatment is the oil left on scalp and hair. It is suggested to leave oil on hair and scalp for as long as possible. If you would like to do that it is suggested to bring a bandana or one will be provided for you to cover head and hair. If not a shower is availalble for you after service.

Consultation for education regarding lifestyle, nutrition and herbal recommendations according to the science of Ayurveda.

SEMI PERMENANT MAKEUP

Eyebrow Semi Permanent Makeup - $400

Hand method " Softaps" Micro shading and Microblading to produce a beautiful, natural looking eyebrow enhancement or replacement for missing brows. We will plan your perfect brow! This will include mapping, color choice and brow design. You are part of the process to your lovely new look. This service is for those clients who have never had any Semi Permanent Makeup before or this service can be booked for an Annual Refresh to previous work.

Eyebrow Perfecting Service - $125

This service is for the client who have had an Eyebrow Semi Permanent Makeup Service between 6 - 8 weeks prior. This service should only be booked as a follow up to a full Eyebrow Semi Permanent Service. This is for perfecting the brows. It is for color touch up and area corrections only.

Gentle Tattoo Removal - $100 (call for appointment)

Angel Removal uses gentle peptide acids to remove tattoo ink. Angel Removal is an easy solution to over saturated brow ink. Minimal healing time. Makeup can be applied after 1 -3 days.
